Keeping your Bathroom in Good Condition

The bathroom can be a difficult room to keep looking spick and span. It is a very damp environment and this can begin to take its toll on the decor over time. Here is our guide to keeping your bathroom looking good for years to come:

  • Clean your bathroom regularly. You should pay extra attention to more difficult areas, like tiles and grouting. Clean into the gaps with a toothbrush to keep everything as clean as possible.
  • Choose colours that will be easy to maintain. Whites and creams may look good now but they will start to show up the dirt very quickly. Maybe choose a colour scheme like dove grey or charcoal to help keep your bathroom looking new.
  • When you need to, refurbish your bathroom. You don’t have to do it all in one go – you could perhaps begin with the shower and then move onto the tiling and work your way around gradually as and when things start to look a little tired.
